Refund Policy

A plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, so we don't refund a change of mind or time you didn't use. We do refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same plan;
• you were charged but the plan never started, and we can't start it for you;
• a fault on our side stopped the plan from working for most of its period; or
• the law, or Dodo Payments' buyer terms, require a refund.

A plan isn't refunded when its listing is suspended for breaking the Terms of Service.

Email hello@useventmark.com within 30 days of the payment, with the payment reference shown in Billing and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.

• Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, sends the refund to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
• A refund (even a partial one), or a dispute or chargeback with your bank, ends the plan straight away, and it stays ended even if the dispute is later withdrawn. Your listing stays up as a free listing.

Plans don't renew, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you buy another plan. A plan runs until the end of its period.
